REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the products sold. ie.. video and audio based content that is provided to purchaser, which can't be returned, there are no cash refunds issued on VIDEO IMPACT, VIDEO DESIGNER PRO, VIDEO BACK GROUNDS / AUDIO LOOPS or OFFLINE VIDEO EXPERT courses and content. We do, however, guarantee your satisfaction and that all files are in working condition, and will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with our products.

Charging back an order and continuing to use the products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate intellectual property rights law such as the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
